深圳北理莫斯科大学秦庆华教授课题组博士后和科研助理招聘公告

    依据工作需求,深圳北理莫斯科大学力学与材料课题组诚招计算力学,智能材料与结构,纳米材料力学和超材料方向博士后研究员和科研助理。

1. 博士后

岗位职责

从事计算力学与人工智能有机结合的高效算法研究及其在先进材料的配方设计、制备工艺、零部件结构优化设计、增材制造过程数值仿真的应用技术研究;或从事相关超材料设计及制备的研究。


应聘条件

1)具有或即将获得力学、机械工程或材料工程等相关专业的博士学位;

2)年龄一般不超过35岁;博士毕业不超过3

3)有良好的力学或材料工程基础背景,熟练的计算机编程能力(如 MatlabComsolPython等);

4)有良好的专业英文交流和写作能力;对科研充满热情,勤奋努力、认真负责,可独立开展科研工作,同时具有团队合作精神。


工作待遇和发展机会

1)博士后聘用期两年,年薪30万元起。学校按深圳市有关规定缴纳五险一金,节假日福利参照学校教职工标准发放。可申请校内或校外人才房。

2) 拥有优良的工作环境和境内外合作交流机会,两年博士后在站期间课题组提供3万元学术交流经费资助。

3)符合要求者可申请国家、广东省、深圳市相关人才计划,获批者将额外享受相应人才补贴。有机会参与相关公司与企业的技术产业化研发,特别优秀者期满可能获得在学校岗位晋升机会或推荐给相关公司与企业岗位晋升。

2. 研究助理

岗位职责

协助研究团队的科研工作,包括计算机编程、建模计算、处理数据,协助课题组成员作实验研究及处理行政事务,及帮助申报项目、发表成果等工作

应聘条件

1应届毕业生,已获得力学、机械工程或材料工程等相关专业的学士及其以上学位;

2)有良好的力学或材料工程基础,或计算机编程能力(如 MatlabComsolPython等)

岗位待遇:

1) 聘期6个月-2年,年薪4.8-12万(税前),学校按规定缴纳“五险一金”;享受教职工相关福利待遇。

2) 根据项目贡献程度,提供项目绩效奖励。

秦庆华博士,曾于2004-2021在澳大利亚国立大学担任全职教授。为国家级人才项目获得者、深圳市海外引进高精尖紧缺人才,全球前2%顶尖科学家。自2016以来,连续被列为爱思维尔中国高被引学者;20214月加入深圳北理莫斯科大学,现任材料科学系教授,前沿交叉技术研究院院长。目前为三个杂志的主编和五个 SCI 杂志编委。已培养了多名博士生、博士后。先后主持过澳大利亚、中国国家级项目十余项,目前在研国家级、广东省、深圳市科研项目各一项。现所负责团队包括一名教授,一名副教授,两名高级讲师。

Positions of postdoctoral fellows and research assistants at Mechanics and Materials Division, Shenzhen MSU-BIT University

We're on the lookout for accomplished postdoctoral researchers and research assistants to become part of our team, delving into the forefront of technologies within computational mechanics, smart materials and structures, nanomaterial mechanics, and metamaterials.

1. postdoctoral fellow

Job responsibilities

Participate in pioneering research into streamlined numerical algorithms that fuse computational mechanics with artificial intelligence, exploring their myriad applications in the design of advanced materials for production, optimization of structural components, and numerical simulation for additive manufacturing processes. Alternatively, contribute to the innovative design and fabrication of metamaterials and related research endeavors.

About you

1Hold or anticipate receiving a PhD in mechanics, mechanical engineering, or materials engineering;

2Generally, under the age of 35PhD graduation within 3 years

3Have a good background in mechanics or materials engineering, and/or have demonstrated experience in computer programming (such as Matlab, Comsol, Python, etc.)

4 Have good communication skills in professional English; be enthusiastic about scientific research and with diligence, conscientiousness and responsibility; be able to carry out scientific research work independently, and meanwhile have teamwork spirit.


Remuneration and development opportunities

1) The post-doctoral position is a full-time, fixed-term commitment for two years, offering a base salary of 300,000 yuan per annum. The university will provide the standard five insurances and one housing fund in compliance with Shenzhen City regulations, along with holiday benefits aligned with the university's guidelines for teaching and research staff. Additionally, eligible candidates may apply for on-campus or off-campus talent housing support.

2Benefiting from an exceptional working environment and ample opportunities for collaboration and knowledge exchange both domestically and internationally, a grant of 30,000 yuan for academic exchanges will be allocated over the two-year duration of the postdoctoral appointment.

3Qualified individuals are encouraged to apply for relevant national, Guangdong, and Shenzhen talent programs. Successful applicants will receive corresponding talent subsidies and may have the chance to engage in research and development for technology industrialization with relevant companies and enterprises. Exceptional performers may be considered for promotion to lecturer or associate professor within the school upon completion of their term, or may be recommended to relevant companies and enterprises for advancement to roles such as research engineer or senior engineer.

4Throughout the tenure, the postdoctoral researcher will be actively encouraged to pursue funding opportunities, leveraging the university's support to apply for postdoctoral funds and scientific research projects sponsored by Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Ministry of Science and Technology. Additionally, support will be provided for applications to industry-funded projects.

2.Research assistant

Job responsibilities

Support the research team in scientific investigations, encompassing tasks such as computer programming, model construction, and data analysis. Aid research group members in conducting experimental studies and contribute to the drafting of project proposals, manuscripts, and other forms of data presentation for scientific dissemination and communication.

Selection criteria

1Have obtained a master's or bachelor's degree in mechanics, mechanical engineering or materials engineering, etc. in 2022 or 2023;

2Have a good foundation in mechanics or materials engineering, or experience in computer programming (such as Matlab, Comsol, Python, etc.)

Remuneration

1) The employment period is from 6 months to 2 years. The annual salary is between4.8-120,000 (before tax), depending on candidates' research experience, qualification and working hours. The university will pay "five insurances and one housing fund" according to the regulations. Successful candidates will also enjoy the relevant welfare benefits of the teaching and research staff.

2) Performance bonus is provided according to project contribution.

Cooperation professor


Dr. Qinghua Qin held the position of full professor at the Australian National University from 2004 to 2021. Recognized as a recipient of the national talent project and ranked among the top 2% of scientists worldwide, he is esteemed as a distinguished talent recruited from overseas by Shenzhen. Since 2016, he has maintained his status as an Elsevier China Highly Cited Scholar. In April 2021, he joined Shenzhen MSU-BIT University, where he currently serves as a professor in the Department of Materials Science and as the dean of the Institute of Advanced Interdisciplinary Technology. Dr. Qin also holds the role of editor-in-chief for three journals and serves on the editorial boards of five SCI journals. He has mentored numerous doctoral students and postdoctoral fellows, who have gone on to become professors in esteemed universities both domestically and internationally. Additionally, he has overseen the management of more than ten national-level projects. The current team under his leadership comprises a professor, an associate professor, and two senior lecturers.

Papers and Books: Published more than 400 papers in SCI journals (including Nano Letters, ACS Nano, Biomaterials, Light-Science & Applications, Chemical Engineering Journal and other Top journals with an impact factor of more than 10, 4 SCI papers were selected for ESI Citations. Edited and published 19 Book Chapter articles, 9 English monographs and 1 Chinese book (Higher Education Press). The research results have been cited by many researchers, such as 14488 times on google scholar (the highest citation for a single article is 676). times), the h-index is 61.
